The project at Reservoir Lane is for the facilitation of self and custom build homes that remain more affordable than the open market equivalent in perpetuity.\u00a0They are to be reserved for means tested households with local connections. \u00a0The site is also to include a small number of affordable homes for rent to local households, which will be retained by the Trust.<\/p>\n
Those households interested in a plot or a home at Reservoir Lane can follow and join the process online at www.reservoirlane.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n Petersfield CLT holds an option agreement with the main landowners and has to date received over \u00a3140,000 in government grants for pre-development costs.\u00a0 The funders, including Homes England, East Hampshire District Council and Petersfield Town Council have backed the proposal for increased affordability in perpetuity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n [\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”205″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]The site, also known as \u2018H11\u2019 is located along Reservoir Lane and indicated on the above arial photograph of Petersfield.
